If a payment is not received within the agreed payment timeline, Break That Box may pause or delay the relevant services until the outstanding amount is received.

Any resulting change in the project timeline may be communicated to the client.

Any expected results or projections discussed during a project are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the applicable project agreement.

Payments relating to work already completed or third-party costs already incurred may not be refundable.

Break That Box takes reasonable measures to protect transaction-related information.

Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, the transaction may be subject to the payment provider's terms, security measures, and privacy policy.
